Im just wondering, when people are cosplaying is there a room to change into and out of the cosplay at the con or do people have to change in the toilets?
Oh and if you have a bag with you with your clothes, is there a place to put while you go around or do you have to carry it around with you if your not staying in one of the hotel rooms?

To the best of my knowledge thre is no dedicated room for changing into and out of cosplay.
The toilets in the D4 are massive though and allow plenty of space to change into a cosplay in the cubicals.
I'm not sure about storage like a cloackroom etc.. but assume there isn't until you hear otherwise from another nom-con official. You will need to keep track of your own things.

The bathrooms at the D4 are very large and there is lots of from to change into your cosplay.
There is also a luggage room in the lobby of the hotel, so you can safely place your cosplays there - preferably in a luggage case or bag, just so they don't get damaged.
