So in another thread we were discussing having a cosplay in space event~ but then it was realised that the batteries to the rocket ship were not charged~
So the Idea of a picnic was brought up (by I think Mscupcakes) so who else would be up for it~?
It would be in Dublin and sometime soonish~

'twas me indeed who suggested aforementioned idea!
I think Merrion Square Park or The Iveagh Gardens would be the best places to do it, they're both smaller than Stephen's Green, and there'd be less randomers to gawk at us.
They're also about 10ish mins away from Stephens' Green, so we could all meet up there or something and then walk to wherever if people don't know where to go

The last cosplay picnic was in the Merrion Square Park, so maybe we should try for there again? It could be the official park of Nom-Con cosplay picnics! XD

Now all we need to do is set a date!
Any suggestions?
As I said in the other thread, I think it'd be awesome to get the picnic in just before most Universities start up again, so probably some time within the next 2 weeks?

I wanna go!  And I can bake something too, I'm a pretty good baker. :3 Let me know what kind of cake/cookies you guys would like cause I know some of you might not like chocolate or other things. Ooooh, we could totally have a mini-photoshoot thing, nothing professional, just everyone bring cameras and we can get some cool pictures And I'll have to double check what dates I'm starting uni |
