Just days to go and I'm finally confirmed! ;D

Only our director, Archeotech and myself are going out of our committee, but we'll be going with 8 other people from DCU's Anime and Manga soc, till be awesome, they is awesome people!
I've wanted to go for over four years and I finally go my chance, BOO-YA!!!

Anyone else going? Be sure to spread the joy of Nom-con if you are! ;D

And don't worry if you can't make this one, there's always the one in October which I will also be trying to get to!

I'm heading over on the Ulysses to the UK tomorrow and then taking the train to London

Booking travel at the last moment as I did, it's much cheaper to boat/train than take a plane (and there's no horrid baggage charges to deal with)

I'll be catching up on DLed eps of Chuck and Fringe on the boat and train

That was....AWESOME!!

I had such a fantastic time and saw some mind bending cosplay! Dealers, staff and attendees were all fantastic but could have done without the 100+ 'free hugs' signs...

Steampunk is the new black, or it should be.

Hopefully the free hugs thing will die down soon, did make me LOL to see Jamil Walker Smith with one on his tshirt, the MC at the Stargate Universe panel said he'd regret it

Apparently someone stole Mike Towers hat, he whined about it on the Expo forums.

I heard Sean Harry was there too, thankfully I didn't run into him
