Will anyone be running a ball-jointed doll panel/meet-up at the con?

I'll have my first BJD by the time the con rolls around

This is the doll in question, she'll have the same make-up, but a different wig, eye colour and Piper's outfit

Iple's basic BJD's cost from €242 and the Elemental Guardians start from €169 for a baby doll (I prefer the older dolls though)

Ashanti's expensive because she's the largest size (EID 70cm) and because darker skin dolls are more expensive to produce than the lighter dolls, I ordered her via the custom system because the special edition was sold out, the EID costs $648 + an extra $133 for ebony skin.

I'm saving up about €50/week for her, got €610 already (€180 of it was Christmas money), by the time my mother's credit card bill comes around I should have the whole amount.

Even if you save as little as €5/week you would have enough for a basic doll in less than a year.

Ashanti's not the most expensive purchase I've ever made though, that would be this lovely little hisser

A Piper BJD; that's a new one to me, but sounds really cool.
I'd love to get a BJD of a character I love (either Tenzou from Naruto, Lavi from D. Gray-Man, Miku Hatsune from Vocaloid, or Black Rock Shooter), but I'd never be able to choose between them.
So if I get one I'll most likely give him/her their own story and design.
... allthought I would REALLY like a Tenzou in ANBU outfit right now.

I'd be ordering Stork as part of a minimee group order on DenOfAngels (minimee heads cost about €80ea. when you order 10 of them, so I'll have to get 9 other people to get one as well)

Then I'd buy a body to go with the head and ship him off to a customiser to dye him and modify his hands

I probably won't be ordering him for awhile, I have to finish paying for Piper, her clothes and the dread wig I'm ordering for her.
Then I have to commission her canon wig and boots.

Her outfit cost $79 includng shipping. The dread wig will cost $50

My first minimee head will be Garrus from Mass Effect, if your unfamilar with Mass Effect, this is what Garrus' species looks like



Hopefully the little hisser in the photo above (his name's Nagini) will produce some cute little babies this year with his girlfriend and I can sell them to get some €€€€€€€ (though the first thing I'll buy is a new tank for the hissers)
