I'm afraid I'll have to pull out. Remembering last year and how much running around I did, I need to choose a more comfortable cosplay or just wear civilian gear. Sorry!

@crimson rose not sure if i'm still going to be shizuka sensei. Although I have similar enough clothes, I don't have the money for a wig. That wig I was looking at was to be delivered by UPS, meaning another 25 for delivery and another 26.30 when they actually come to the door with it, and 85 was waay too much  I'll still bring the costume, but a brown, short-haired shizuka might look off also, if you find a saeko, I can lend the services of wenti, my bokken (but he needs to be treated well  ). Tis a good prop for saeko to have  |

i could try, but i'd be scared to say ok for definite. With shizuka, her clothes were similar to my old school uniform so I didn't need to get anything bar a wig, whereas i would need to make an entire outfit, look into blue eye contacts, and i'd need to still get a wig with saeko......and so far any sewing attempt has ended in fail for me  *edit*hmmmmmmmmmm... cheap wig ( cgi.ebay.ie/new-long-100cm-purple-straight-womens-full-wig-/110467221851?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item19b85c095b#ht_1928wt_754 ....check, but are there extra's to do with taking care of wigs...? if i was to try this kind www.blog.rumia.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2010/09/4d99e137aeb1f5edf0592932c7f72c74.jpg , then the rest needed is a school shirt, some green fabric and a tutorial for a sailor fuku (found plenty), some material for a big bow, some black polyester material to wrap around like a skirt and a way to tie it, some tights and some serious confidence..... but then what's missing here is her elbow and knee pads and boots (of which I have nothing close to...) |
