2. When printing the form, make sure it fits on one A4 page and is clearly legible.
3. Use one line per item, you should not need more than one line for any type of item e.g. Mikuru cosplay -Haruhi Suzumiya, Volume 1 of Rozen Maiden etc.
4. Use separate sheets for each section you're selling in, put a cross through the sections you're not selling in, e.g. If you're selling 1 volume of manga, one art book and a DVD you'd need two sheets, one for the manga and art book because they're in the same section and one for the DVD which is in another section.
5.Each item will have it's own unique code, please number your items in descending order on your form, it does not matter if you have multiple forms as each will be in different section and will also have your description next to the number.
6.Clearly label each item with your ID Number, Item Number and price, all prices must be clearly marked in Euro (€ ) The label should look like this:
Mark each item with a sticker, it should not damage the item to take it off but it should not come off easily either, if an item does not have a label, we cannot sell it! Remember to include the 'ID' 'Item' and '€' so the numbers don't get confused.
7. To obtain your ID number and drop off your items, come to the Bring & Buy table with your form filled out and items fully labelled (leaving a space for the ID number) on the Friday of Nom-con between 3pm and 6pm, you will be issued a ticket with your ID number by me or another staff member.
This can also be done on Saturday morning between 9am and 9.30am or Sunday morning between 9am and 9.30am.
Depending on how busy the Bring & Buy is during the weekend, we may accept items at other times.
8. At any time over the weekend you may change the prices on your items. Simply talk to staff at the table and have your items relabelled and forms changed appropriately.
9. All items and money MUST be collected before the trade hall ends on the Sunday. If not your items maybe donated to charity as we don't have the facilities to hold onto items after the con.
